This is a workspace to share ideas about using interactive whiteboards (SMARTboards) in the library media center.

Help in the development of a Vermont community of interactive whiteboard users.

Posted activities should include: teacher directions for use, intended grade level, VT Standards & attribution information whenever possible.

If you are NOT a Vermont educator or Library Media Specialist we welcome your book related activity offerings. Many hands make light work.

Don't have a SMARTboard? Or your school uses a different brand of interactive whiteboard?

Then consider converting the files to Promethean's ActivInspire, it is an option when opening a file,  or use SMART Technologies SMART Notebook Express. Promethean has a free personal edition of ActivInspire to download or use the web-based or downloadable version of SMART Notebook Express. Both seem to work just fine but you may lose some functionality or attractiveness. Or email and I can convert a file to Powerpoint.
